{"id":3967,"date":"2017-04-07T15:12:15","date_gmt":"2017-04-07T13:12:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.taxitam.it\/?p=3967"},"modified":"2017-04-07T15:12:15","modified_gmt":"2017-04-07T13:12:15","slug":"uber-black-vinto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.taxitam.it\/index.php\/2017\/04\/07\/uber-black-vinto\/","title":{"rendered":"Uber Black: abbiamo vinto!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Siamo veramente molto felici di comunicare alla categoria tutta che, in data odierna, \u00e8 stata pubblicata la sentenza con la quale <strong>IL TRIBUNALE DI ROMA HA ORDINATO IL BLOCCO E L\u2019INIBIZIONE DEL SERVIZIO UBER-BLACK SU TUTTO IL TERRITORIO ITALIANO PER ACCERTATA CONCORRENZA SLEALE NEI CONFRONTI DEGLI OPERATORI TAXI E NCC REGOLARI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nonostante l\u2019intervento del Senato dello scorso febbraio che aveva sospeso le modifiche dell\u2019art. 29, comma 1-quater, il Tribunale Civile di Roma ha condiviso il ricorso e le difese svolte <em>avvocati Marco Giustiniani, Nico Moravia, Giovanni Gigliotti e Tommaso Massari dello Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo e dall\u2019avvocato Alessandro Fabbi<\/em>, nell\u2019interesse di tutta la categoria taxi e NCC regolare.<\/p>\n<p>Ringraziamo, dunque, i nostri avvocati e lo Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo per l\u2019incredibile lavoro svolto soprattutto dopo l\u2019intervento del Senato che ha rischiato di far saltare la causa.<\/p>\n<p>Ma soprattutto, ci sentiamo di ringraziare la categoria tutta per la fiducia che ci ha dato in questa guerra contro uno dei pi\u00f9 grossi colossi economici multinazionali arrivato in Italia per sottrarci il lavoro violando le leggi esistenti.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, un sentito GRAZIE alla magistratura\u2026 che in Italia si \u00e8 confermato un Potere degno di portare quel nome\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siamo veramente molto felici di comunicare alla categoria tutta che, in data odierna, \u00e8 stata pubblicata la sentenza con la quale IL TRIBUNALE DI ROMA HA ORDINATO IL BLOCCO E L\u2019INIBIZIONE DEL SERVIZIO UBER-BLACK SU TUTTO IL TERRITORIO ITALIANO PER ACCERTATA CONCORRENZA SLEALE NEI CONFRONTI DEGLI OPERATORI TAXI E NCC REGOLARI.
